Senior Product Manager

Why I joined Emmes

I wanted to find a job where I would have the opportunity to continue learning after college. I didn’t have a clinical background, so I knew there would be a lot to learn. Everyone I met was so passionate about Emmes and the work they did that I was excited to begin my career here.

How I describe our firm to other people

We support clinical trials for a variety of research companies.

A bit about me

I am married and have 2 daughters who keep me very busy. I coach Girls on the Run and fast-pitch softball, and I love getting up early to run or workout before I start my day.

How I chose my career

I think it is best to say that my career chose me. I learned about Emmes at a college networking event and ended up getting an interview. When deciding the direction to start my career, it was the people at Emmes who impressed me the most.

The best part about working here

The people. Working with so many individuals who genuinely want to make a difference and work hard to produce the best research we can.

My background

I started at Emmes right out of college as a data manager. After a year, I transferred to the clinical systems analyst group and it was so fulfilling. I have also had the opportunity to manage a few projects and am now the product manager for our software development group. I will be starting my 16th year at Emmes in August.
